I have not done this since we moved in to this apartment last July. The burners on the stove have gotten really gross, but since we don't have a dishwasher and have to wash everything by hand, I'm never in the mood to get this done!
Anyway, tonight during dinner there was a bit of a mishap where something boiled over and we were basically forced to pull out the drip pan thing and clean the stove top.
Since we started, we pulled them all out and just got things done. Sometimes it takes a little push to get yourself moving! I feel so much better now that it's clean though!

wow that looks nice and clean! so have you ever rolled the dishwasher out and tried to use it just for kicks? or is it way buried in there?

i'm impressed! i really hate cleaning burners but had to do it the other night when all the burned stuff on the bottom started a little fire. it was exciting.
