Detour
This afternoon we took a trip to Arlington's Urgent Care facility. Chris has been having a lot of pain in his left foot since the triathlon this past weekend and spent the past two days limping around. We got x-rays and spent two hours in the waiting room to find out nothing is broken or fractured. His foot has a soft tissue contusion (which is a fancy way to say it's bruised) and the doctor just said to stay off it as much as possible. However, the pain has been getting worse all afternoon and now he's more hobbling than limping. Hopefully this issue will resolve itself in the next couple days!

I hope so too. I'm glad you got x-rays. Hope he feels better.
He's got to find a walking stick! A tall one :-)
you forgot to mention how the "urgent care" was more of a secret military experimental hospital with lots of extra wings with darkened windows" see- conspiracy theory.
Looks like his PIN DODGE team just suffered a set back!
Oh, Robert would think of pin dodge!!
Hard to stay off it when life is so busy. Hope it's better soon!
