I've never been to a fair before, and heard that one was coming to our area - the Five County Fair. With Lauren in town, we decided to go. It was definitely an experience and we had a lot of fun!We got to see tons of animals including goats, cows, horses, roosters, sheep, chickens, and turkeys. I guess a few farms in the area sign up to show their animals there.
We even saw a few sights I've never seen before (umm.. deep fried Snickers bars??)

I can't believe you've never been to a fair! They are big in central PA. I love petting the animals and deep fried oreos and veggies :) This looks awesome!

oh my goodness the state fair comes to raleigh in a couple weeks, and i've already got plans to go with 2 different groups of people. i've never been before - SOOO excited.
yeah fairs are awesome! and those are the brightest cows i have ever seen!

that looks like so much fun! we used to go to the rodeo a lot but i've never been to a real county fair. i bet the people-watching was excellent.
