Today's Farmville Moment - Feature in the Smithsonian

The town of Farmville was featured in the June issue of the Smithsonian magazine.  This is a scanned image of the magazine page.  It was a short article where readers can write in to describe "Your Kind of Town".  My boss has a subscription to this magazine and stumbled across it while having coffee this morning.

I thought it was pretty cool!  This place does have a lot of history and warehouses galore.  I also really like the picture they used of downtown.  The downtown area is so cute despite the fact that many of the shops are now abandoned.
Now if only we could get a Target...

A Target would be awesome . That Walmart is still the nicest one I've ever been in, though.
