Our last stop in Massachusetts was Cape Cod. It's somewhere I've always wanted to go and am really excited that we finally got the chance!
We spent the morning at Nauset Beach. There were these smooth little rocks up and down the beach that had been weathered by the ocean.
They made great skipping stones!
Chris has an aunt and uncle who live on Cape Cod and we had a great time visiting them. They are wonderful people and took us everywhere!
They have a cottage that they rent out during the summers and Chris' family used to stay there when he was younger.
See that mini-cottage in the back? There are bunk beds inside and Chris and his brother Rob used to sleep in there while the rest of the family stayed in the big house.
It was really cute! I loved Cape Cod and I can't wait to go back and spend more time there. No historical information on this post, but definitely a great place to visit!
THANK YOU to all the people who let us stay with them, fed us, took time off work to show us around, and just made time to hang out with us while we were up there (esp. Michele and Bill - hopefully we didn't impose toooooo much)! We both had an awesome time and are so thankful for all of you :)
