Hobby

Chris and I have been homebodies the last couple weeks - not driving anywhere and staying in town for the weekends. As there is not much to do in town since most places are closed on the weekends, it's made me realize I need a new hobby! Normally when I have a lot of time on my hands, I bake. But I can't keep baking! There is such a thing as too many baked goods :)

This is also the dream time of year for Chris, when there is a college basketball game on every night of the week. I can only take so much sports on tv, so I need some ideas!  What do you do when you have a lot of time on your hands? Read? Sleep? Create? Organize?

i'm with maggie. my roommate took up crocheting over christmas to do while watching TV. now she can't watch TV without it, but she can crochet a scarf in a day. it's pretty cool.

I've been on a puzzle kick! And if you get a big bulletin board, do the puzzle on that and you can move it around from the table-to watching in front of the t.v!

I love to read but it often takes me a while to calm my head down enough to get into my book...always thinking about the things I have to get done!
