A week to go

Not too much new has been going on recently, but the most notable: the end of my first semester of nursing school! One week from tomorrow I will be done. I'm definitely looking forward to the reprieve - it's been a lot of learning in a very short amount of time...and though there are only 8 days left, there's still a lot to do.

I decided to go with adults and psych for my clinicals next semester so that I could absorb more before taking on women and pediatrics. I'll pick the floors I'll be working on in the next couple weeks but for now I'm not even sure what my options are. I'm definitely hoping to get two new floors though (I'm currently on an adults floor).

In other news, we spent much of this weekend at the pool since we had awesome weather and got to catch up on a lot of work, laundry, and cleaning that's been put off since we've not been home the past couple weekends. We're also getting ready for a family vacation next week that I am really looking forward to!
