April wrap-up

April has been better to get outside with the babies finally! We have been riding our bikes around the neighborhood, to the park, and to church. We've been enjoying the sunshine and wearing sweatshirts in the shade. I've been mourning the fact that Eleanor has only one month of preschool left and then in the fall she will be starting Kindergarten...!

The kids have been having so much fun at small group.

The babies took their first bike rides.

I forgot to post this video from One Tribe One Day of Chris on the zip line!

Jane locked herself in a bedroom. Chris had to take the doorknob off to get her out.

We've continued to take lots of naps and have done lots of snuggling, sometimes not be choice but because there are lots of crying people all at once.

Eleanor has been learning to spell and read. The other day, she borrowed Jane's "computer" to spell "Christopher" - CISDFR

Chris moved to a new office, because they are renovating his old building.

We've gone to the park almost every afternoon.

Eleanor is dedicated to pizza movie night, which we have every Friday at home. Here is the girls on the sheet - Eleanor holding in Rosie's pacifier so she can hear the movie, haha!

Eleanor has been having a great time at preschool. She has been taking things apart in the "take apart shop" and creating masterpieces.

We've gone to CW.

Chris took the girls to the brewery.

Eleanor went to a school friend's birthday party at a gymnastics place, and a neighborhood friend's party at a paint on pottery place.

The girls are getting ready for summer - the other day during "nap time" I came in and they had changed into their bathing suits.

Uncle Robert and Auntie Mollie came down to visit.

The babies also took their first rides in the stroller seats instead of the car seats clicked into the stroller. They had to stay pretty reclined because they couldn't sit up well, but they seemed to like it!

In general, it's been a great month. I love the spring before it gets too hot!
