Lorton weekend

Chris' sister Erika flew out from Denver to visit a couple weeks ago and we went up to northern Virginia to see her. We were so excited because we hadn't seen her since Christmas!

The girls tried on her wedding dress, which she happened to have at the parents house.

We worked on a difficult wooden puzzle that turned out to be oddly satisfying.

We went swimming! And cousin Kayla came unexpectedly! Her flight home was cancelled so she got a trip to Virginia paid for.

We colored, played, and Ben and Rosie got lots of attention.

I also tried Jeni's ice cream for the first time - delicious! - and we played a new game called Miss/Match that Erika taught us. It was so fun! We also made sure to get all the siblings in a picture, because it's not often they're all together in the same place.

We had a great time!
