Eleanor can read!
We knew Eleanor would likely learn how to read in Kindergarten, but it's just amazing to see it happen. It seemed like overnight something clicked for her and she went from very painfully and frustratingly sounding out three letter words, to basically reading and sounding out long ones. She is reading short stories almost every night now and just loves it. We're very proud of her for working so hard!

That is so exciting! I can't believe she's already old enough to read. Way to go Eleanor!
She read a book to me this past weekend. It did happen so quickly! She is a smart cookie!
