Pre-Thanksgiving weekend

The weekend before Thanksgiving was full of fun activities. Eleanor and Jane had early release days on Thursday and Friday to make space for parent-teacher conferences. On Friday we headed out to Bonnie's to see her for her birthday!

From there we headed over to the rec center, where they were having a family Splash Night. The kids had a great time being back in the pool for a bit! Eleanor even won a raffle for a new water bottle and was the closest to guessing the number of reese's pieces in a jar so got to take those home, too!

On Saturday I took the twins down to the marina for our neighborhood's Thanksgiving breakfast. Then we headed to the library to see it's performance of The Nutcracker and to make fun tulle skirts. The girls and I went two years ago, but Rosie and Ben had never been. Rosie particularly was enthralled.

We met Chris over on campus for a tailgate before the football game with some of his co-workers.

Even Ben made the obstacle course. Great job!
