A couple months ago I was officially sworn in as a CASA! The kids got to come to court with me, meet the judge, and be part of the ceremony. The judge in our county is very nice and invited the kids up to his bench and even gifted Jane a mini gavel. It was a cool experience. Unfortunately Eleanor wasn't feeling well so ended up staying home.
