Kid Dates 15

I took Eleanor to Menchie's and then we went thrifting for our date. We really needed Antelope with us, though!

Chris and Jane got milkshakes and played Golden Eye. It was a slap fight to the finish.

We took advantage of Eleanor and Jane being gone in June and did dates with the twins to Water Country. I took Ben and Chris took Rosie.

Rosie rode Vanish Point for the first time! Jane and Ben still haven't ridden this one! She was kind of "meh" on the ride but was glad she did it. You have to give the lifeguard a thumbs up before they drop the floor out from under you and Rosie kept shaking her head "no" when the guard asked if she was ready. They reopened the tube to see if she wanted to get out, but she said no, she still wanted to go. The guard told her if she wanted to, she had to give a thumbs up or the guard wasn't allowed to release her. She crossed her arms and legs, gave the guard the thumbs up, and the guard pressed go! Chris said the second the floor dropped, her arms and legs flew out to try to grab the wall. He said it was very cute! Rosie even had her own cheer section - friends happened to walk by just as she was coming down the slide!
