Chris turned 40 this year! He doesn't like to make a big deal out of his birthdays but we did have a family dinner the night before (a Sunday) and had his friend smoke a brisket for it.
His gift was also quarterly delivery of smoked meats.
We had all the family that was available in town come over for dinner!
Jane worked hard to make brownies.

Then he woke up on his actual birthday! This mug was given to Chris' mom when she turned 40, then passed on to Rob when he turned 40, and now to Chris.
Chris and I went out to lunch at Cava.
We did a couple gifts:
