Thirty

I just turned 30 and I feel like I should have something profound to say! I don't yet, but what I can say is that the last decade of my life was amazing, tumultuous, magical, filled with newness and change, and I loved every second of it. The next decade seems like it will be a bit more predictable and stable than the last and I'm looking forward to every second of it.

I spent the day with my girls. Chris met us for lunch at Chick-fil-A and then came home early and we went to Water Country for the evening.

My sister sent me gorgeous flowers that we've been enjoying the past couple of days.

Later that night we came home to have cake. Chris and Eleanor made the cake for me together!

I feel truly blessed by our life and am looking forward to everything this next decade will bring. Onward into the 30's!
