The kids had a random day off of school in October AND Uncle Eric happened to be down visiting for the weekend. We coordinated with cousins and headed to Taylor Farm Park - a new to us park. Apparently in the summer there are a lot of fun water features that make this park even cooler, but we still enjoyed it and will likely try to go back in the spring or summer.
They had so many fun things to play on, and we were able to do a mile walk around a loop. We saw lots of spiders and other insects.
We packed lunch and Uncle Eric taught everyone how to catch grapes and popcorn in their mouths.
Rosie and Ben especially loved what they called the "spider web" area.
It really was quite a cool park. Also while Uncle Eric was here, Lauren and I got to go out to dinner with him at 1607 grill, and we got to spend some time playing games - one of my favorites: Wingspan! Thanks for visiting, Uncle Eric!
