June wrap-up

June started out crazy because the end of the school year is always crazy - last minute concerts, seemingly endless ceremonies, appreciation gifts, special events - and then we had packing for camp and being out of town for a week and a half added in. Then throw swim season, Stage Lights (more on this soon), and trying to work while the kids are running around into the mix and it's been the best kind of chaos.

Catching tiny frogs at the bus stop:

Evenings down at the marina:

Eleanor got inducted into the National Junior Honor's Society (NJHS):

Ben got busy making dinosaurs out of pipe cleaners:

Lovely acrostics from Ben and Rosie (dinosaurs is my favorite!):

Happy Father's Day to Chris - you are the  BEST!

We went to see Toy Story 5 one rainy afternoon!

The Williamsburg area has a new indoor sports complex and we went to check it out on opening night. It has an amazing indoor play area!

Ben created a new game called Space Tag.

We've been watching the World Cup on a projector screen at the pool after hours, which has been fun!

We went to Busch Gardens and Water Country one day...

Hanging out with neighbors:

Ben went to College Run Farms and picked blueberries with his buddy Brooks:

Switching shoes at church!

Impromptu sunset at Jamestown Beach on evening:

We are in full on summer mode now and ready to enjoy the dog days of summer...and boy is July starting out HOT!
