I let Chris take care of all the boring stuff like hauling the tree inside, setting up the stand, and cutting off the net...
Then I put up all the lights! I am happy to report that I am NOT allergic to our tree this year! We got a Frasier, so I'll have to remember that for next year.. no itchy hands or arms after sticking those lights up!
We took our time putting up ornaments. Check out that awesome one of Chris as a kid in the bottom right corner:
Chris had to trim off the top of the off the tree so the topper would fit on. It was kind of difficult using scissors, but he made it work.

Oh, I love seeing all those ornaments! Your tree looks great. We've been getting frasier firs for years - they retain their needles so well and are nice and soft!

It looks beautiful!!!! Greg and I just put ours up last night. It was so much fun to have my own tree in my own house!!! We sat and listened to Bing Crosby Christmas station on Pandora radio and drank red wine. It was delightful! Will you come see it if you guys are up for the holidays?!
