We live in an area where people like to hunt. And to be honest - there are WAY too many deer down here anyway. Chris and I narrowly avoided hitting one the other day thanks to his quick reflexes. The roads here are windy and dark...it's like the city hasn't heard of street lights before! We have to be extremely careful even in our neighborhood because often there are deer in the backyards and chilling out on the sidewalks at night!
A couple weeks ago, though, hunting in Farmville took itself to the next level. We ran over to the window to see what was going on. And then we huddled there for a good 15 minutes to half an hour watching the show.
Sure enough - a wonderful Farmville moment was awaiting us:
The neighbor was in his front yard shooting birds out of the tree between our houses.
I tried to get the best picture I could, but I was a little scared that he would see us! I normally try to be as discrete as possible :)
As far as we could tell, he had pretty decent aim. We are fairly confident that this was some kind of BB gun/rifle thing, but still...it seems extreme to me!
