Vegas

Hey everybody!  Nice to see you again.  Haven't blogged in a few hundred days.  So it's good to be back, and I figured I'd tell you a little bit about my first ever trip to Vegas.  I was there for the bachelor party of one of my good college buddies and teammates, and I had a great time.  We stayed in the Planet Hollywood Tower, which was a great hotel, and we had a mack daddy suite.  As an added bonus, I actually ended up winning some money there, by sticking to the Alex Heacock principles of blackjack.
This was the sign welcoming me to Vegas at the airport.
These were "yard margaritas" and they were delicious.  And filling.

I loved the pool - parts of it had a sand bottom.  You can see the beach area in the back.

This is the Bellagio during their famous water show.
It was lots of fun to be able to walk up and down the strip to see all that goes on there, pretty much 24 hours a day.  It was about 97 degrees with no humidity, which was also outstanding.  I'm glad that I'll be able to tell people that I have been to Vegas, and even more glad to tell them that I took money from Vegas instead of the other way around!
