On Christmas morning it started snowing! Eric's new kitten loved sitting in front of the fire and had a field day when the wrapping paper came out.
We drove over to Chris' house and joined in their morning festivities, which includes Chris and his brother attempting to top each other at wrapping the smallest gift as elaborately as possible.
We all also received nerf guns leading (obviously) to a nerf gun fight, which unfortunately ended in a head injury for his oldest sister. Thankfully, she was fine!
The rest of the day was spent relaxing in comfy clothes, sitting by the fireplace, and eating delicious cookies and food. We are so thankful for the birth of our Savior giving us this reason to celebrate and for being able to spend the end of the year with our family.
On another note, Chris just ordered us a new computer, so we will finally have internet/computer access at home again once it arrives. We have been without a computer (except at work) since mid-November and I am just itching to organize my pictures and random things that I've been scattering around on various computers over the last seven weeks!
