Moving

We've had a lot going on here recently getting ready for the baby to come, but despite that, the rest of the world and our lives have not been on hold. I may have stopped posting so much recently just due to tiredness and an attempt to spend less of my day connected to the internet, but I'm trying to keep things as up to date as possible since this is effectively the only way I document our life :) That being said, we are moving, yet again! 

We will be staying in Williamsburg (YAY!), and neither of us are changing jobs. We will just be moving about 5-10 minutes away from where we are now into a bit bigger of a place. Why did we decide to move in town at this busy and change-filled time in our lives? We decided to buy a house! You heard right...we have finally decided to settle! We love this town and we are committed to staying in this area as long as it works for our lives. We are hoping living in Williamsburg will be a permanent thing for us but, of course, I know better than to say that with certainty. If life happens to take us elsewhere in the future, we will find joy in a new place, but now we will deepen our roots here for as long as they'll hold.

So a couple weeks before we celebrate our 5th anniversary, we will move into our 5th home together. This place should break that streak though. Hopefully at our 10th anniversary I'll still be able to say we're in our 5th home together...but we'll cross that bridge when we get there.

I will provide far more details, including a picture of our new place in the coming weeks after the house is actually ours. For now, I need to get busy packing since the only thing I've done so far is sort through old clothes. It's surprisingly hard to decide what to purge from your wardrobe when you can't try anything on since nothing at all fits...
