Week 28

A couple eventful things happened this week. First, I found a tick on my leg! I freaked out a little bit because based on my reckoning, it was likely to have been on me for at least four days or so since that was the last time I had been in an area where I could have picked up a tick. At the doctor's appointment this week I asked about it, and they said as long as I didn't notice any sort of rash from the spot of the bite then I was probably in good shape.

The other thing that happened was that as I was driving out of our neighborhood earlier this week on my way to work, someone backed out and hit me. It was obviously low speed and not that serious, but it completely shocked me and it took me a bit of time to get myself under control. I think the people that hit me thought I was totally nuts, but they were very kind and apologetic as well. I had to call Chris to come outside and calm the situation down because I was incapable of doing so on my own - ridiculous hormones - and so the people would feel comfortable heading back out on their way.

Anyway, still nothing too new with Baby Strat - just growing, kicking, and sleeping these days - general incubation tasks for a baby. I would say he or she is doing pretty well in there.
