"Winter" weather

We've had very labile weather here recently. We had cold, rainy days, then a day or two where the weather was up in the 70s, and then the next day snow flurries and wind. It has been hard keeping up with getting everyone dressed in the morning because I never know whether someone needs to be wearing a jacket or shorts! The other day, we went on a long walk through the woods and Eleanor insisted on picking out her own outfit.

I think I'm not the only one getting a little confused. Shorts and a tank-top along with a winter hat and boots...
