One Tribe One Day

One Tribe One Day, W&M's annual day of giving happened last week. This is probably Chris' longest day of the year. He leaves early in the morning and doesn't come home until the wee hours of the next day. This year with four it was a bit more of a challenge to participate in the on campus events. In the morning the kids dressed in their Tribe best.

In the afternoon we went to the carnival on campus. We got Sno-to-go and played on inflatables, which was a ton of fun for the big girls. The girls also got fanny packs...are those things coming back in style??

From there we headed to the Virginia Beer Company. It was a great event, but crowded, and since I had the stroller it was not an ideal place for us. I may have to skip that one next year and not go back until we can travel stroller-free. The final number of donors for the day was 12,770, which was slightly more than last year.
