A visit from friends

The weekend before last, we had friends come up on a last minute trip to Virginia from their home in Florida. These were some of Eleanor and Jane's best friends and they moved away last summer. These kids haven't seen each other in almost a year, so it was very special. I kind of thought given their age they may have not maintained such a strong relationship, but Stratten and Eleanor picked right up where they left off. We love this sweet family and were so thankful for the opportunity to see them even for just a short time.

We both had babies 9 days apart in November last year, and we hadn't met each others' babies yet, so that was also very special (their baby is 9 days younger, but so much bigger)!

We got to spend most of Sunday together.
