Small group girls weekend

Last spring at an auction at Eleanor's school, our small group won a "girls weekend" away at a house on Lake Gaston with all food included. We had planned to go this fall. Hurricane Florence came through the weekend before we were supposed to go and washed the road out so we were unable to make it. It ended up that we still did the weekend, but went to a house on Lake Anna instead. We didn't care one way or another as long as we just had to show up, had a weekend away from kids, and had someone cooking for us! It was a great weekend spent playing games, reading books, swimming, kayaking, eating great food, and catching up. We are already looking forward to bidding on it again next year!
