Here is a video tour of the house we are moving into prior to any work being done. There are good bones, but a lot inside that wasn't functional or was in need of repair. There also is a lot of cosmetic stuff that we'd like to address (some now, like the green and red carpets) and some in the future (like the bathrooms, railings, etc.)
