Readers' Theater

Recently we went to a park and randomly connected with a family who had a child in Jane's preschool class last year. It turned out that they were also homeschooling their daughter and their son who happened to be in 2nd grade like Eleanor. We decided to try to do something together to get our kids together and ended up settling on Readers' Theater. The kids' first "play" was the Old Testament story of the angels coming to tell Abraham and Sarah that they would have a child. We're going to try to do another one, and at least so far, the kids are enjoying the practicing and planning. Here it is for your "enjoyment:"
