Zoo

On Friday while we were up in the D.C. area we decided to go to the zoo! Most everyone else had plans, so we decided to do something to get the kids out of the house. It was pretty cold and windy, but overall a good day. We even drove by the White House so Eleanor could see it.

We saw zebras

Antelope (I bet you can guess why we took this picture)

Otters

We went through the Amazonian animal exhibit (it was HOT in there)

Lions...

Tigers...

Gaby, Ben, Eleanor, and I went through the reptile house (the others waited outside).

We went through the great ape house where Rosie plugged her nose the entire time and complained about the smell begging to leave... "get me out of here RIGHT NOW!"

We saw elephants

And, of course, pandas.

It was a great trip to the zoo!
