March wrap-up

Well we had a super warm February and then March was cold! And wet! It feels like we got an early spring and then it went back to winter. Around the mid point in the month while we froze ourselves outside for hours at lacrosse practices, I was actively wishing winter away. We are headed out of town for Spring Break, so here's to hoping we come back to some slightly warmer weather.

Jane accidentally twinning with a buddy from school.

Both the girls wore my sweatshirt together.

Rosie and Ben were invited to a birthday party at a ninja warrior gym.

We visited the newborn lambs in CW.

Eleanor had to plan and make a meal, cooking outside for a scouts activity. She grilled hot dogs, made a fruit salad, a regular salad, and rice krispie treats.

We were invited to a murder mystery party. Chris was Rickie Rich (banker) and I was Reese Reisling (German vintner).

We did some hikes with cousins...

Ben drew this hanging koala with cars, airplanes, and everything that could fly including space ships and rockets.

We attended Battle of the Books (Eleanor was the alternate for her team).

Jane started piano.

Rosie continues to be a scene.

We had lovely friends over for dinner.

Chris got something like a million pounds of bacon. I still don't fully understand how this happened.

Cars. Always cars.

Gaby came down for a night while I was in Texas and taught the kids some Cat's Cradle.

Cousin It has joined our family.

We celebrated the first day of spring with Rita's. It was probably 30 degrees but sunny and everyone was freezing so we ended up eating in the car.

Ben and Rosie got to match their prayer buddies at school the other day - Reagan and Donovan.

Fun times at the park.

Happy Spring!
