The next day we went back to the Grand Tetons and it was beautiful and sunny!
Also, my mom flew in and joined us!
We had heard the Jenny Lake hike was beautiful but the parking lot filled up quickly, so we started there.
It really was gorgeous.
We slowly made our way around the lake. On the way we saw a moose! Actually, we saw three moose.
After we made it to the other side of the lake, we started the climb up to Inspiration Point.
Inspiration Point was beautiful!
We decided to have some lunch up on the mountain and the chipmunks came out.
While we were up there, Eleanor and Chris decided to hike to Hidden Falls. It was very slippery and snowy so we didn't want the twins heading up there.

We hiked back down, around, completing our 6.6 mile hike by singing "The Other Day...There was a Bear" while trying to continue making enough noise to let the bears know we were coming on our way (someone was attacked by a bear near Signal Mountain in the Tetons the day before we got there).
Rosie got many compliments on her very glittery shirt while hiking. She also made friends with a snowman.
Everyone was pretty tired, but we decide to drive to String Lake on our way out and were so glad we did. It was gorgeous!

It was so beautiful there! I was impressed by the kids hiking so far on a steep climb!
