Swim Top Times 2024

Swim season is officially over and we are so proud of this crew, who for the first time, ALL made champs! It was a very exciting meet, with straight PRs for everything everyone swam, which I'm not sure has ever happened before!

Eleanor: Eleanor had a great season! She crushed all her times from last year, swam for points in every event she swam this season, and was on a relay team almost every meet. At champs her relay team took 1st place, she finished 5th in the league for IM, 8th for freestyle, and 2nd for breaststroke medaling in every one of her events!

Eleanor with her swim buddy Zoe who won the 6&under high point award this year:

Rosie: Rosie's got a lot of competition on the team, but swimming is finally coming together for her, too. She's getting her left arm out of the water consistently now in freestyle dropping her "Nemo" moniker and also time! She won the Coach's Award for 6&under girls for our team. She made champs for the first time this year, too, and scored points in one event and earned a ribbon. We're excited to see what happens when she moves up next year!

Rosie with her favorite Coach Holly. If we ever couldn't find Rosie at a swim meet, she was generally in Holly's arms.

All the kids at the last meet of the year, the medalers and the first timers:

This team and coaching staff went undefeated this season in dual meets, won the division and league, won Summer Awards, and won Champs!

We celebrated with ice cream! We are so proud of these kids who work so hard to hang with the year-rounders and crush it. Way to go :)
