The week before school started we had Back to School Open House! I took Eleanor for middle school orientation, then the middle school open house one night. We wandered around the middle school trying to find all her classes.
The next night we had elementary school open house! We are very excited for Ben, Rosie, and Jane's teachers this year. Jane has the same teacher Eleanor had for 4th grade, who was excellent. Ben and Rosie have a new to us teacher who everyone seems to love.
Then Monday morning it was time to head to school! Eleanor leaves about an hour and a half earlier than the rest of the family.
No more walking to the bus stop with this one...

There are a lot of new faces at the bus stop this year - a few Kindergarten and 1st grade boys! Jane and Rosie are the only girls left at the bus stop. There are an additional two boys not pictured..!
It was a great first day!
