Grammy and Aunt Holly visit

Aunt Holly flew from California to Texas to pick up my Grammy, where my Uncle Rob had come in to spend time with my Grandpa while she was gone. We were so excited to see them! The kids were at school when they arrived, but everyone came over to our house for dinner on Friday. Mom tried her hand at pogo sticking. She used to pogo stick a lot when she was younger and still had great balance! 

Saturday morning we headed to the Farmer's Market. 

That evening my brother, sister, and I went over to my mom's so we could all hang out a bit later since the kids were at home. Sunday everyone came to church with us, and then that afternoon we headed over to Lauren's for another big group dinner.

Benny and Dave did some fishing down at their dock. Ben tried his hand but didn't get any bites and seemed to lost interest. Hopefully he tries again soon! Benny caught a bass and a catfish.

We have so many fun memories of the extended family all getting together while I was growing up. Now we're all adults, but man would it be fun to get the whole extended group together again.

It was such a lovely visit and I very much wish we all lived closer! But it is great to see everyone when it happens!
