Sand Soccer - Dune Divas

This year Jane had a couple friends ask her if she wanted to play on their sand soccer team. She has never played before, but the rest of the girls had been playing together for a few years now. She decided to try it and loved it!

It's very physical, which plays well to Jane's strengths.

On day one they lost their first game and then won their second.

In between games it was time to run into the surf and cool off!

Then they went to the hotel pool to rinse off the sand...

We ate snacks, read books, took naps...

We went out to lunch at CP Schuckers:

Then it was back to the beach:

Jane scored her first sand soccer goal over the goalie's head in game 2:

We went to get ice cream and then headed to the stadium to watch the professionals play...which was very entertaining!

Day two was HOT.

Their Sunday game was a fierce battle that ended in a 0-0 tie. Not bad for the first year!
