Now that we are back in the midst of summer, the farmer's markets downtown have picked back up into weekly status again. Occasionally they have some awesome cooking demonstrations from the local restaurants in town and this week we were able to try fish tacos and tortilla soup. I'm not into seafood, but Chris said the tacos were great. I thought the tortilla soup was amazing.
