Colonial Williamsburg in the snow

After three days of playing in the snow, we were surprised when Chris got a second snow day! We went out to play that morning in our yard but by that afternoon, we were done. I was tired of putting so many layers on everyone and the girls were tired of getting in them. We ended up heading down to Colonial Williamsburg to see what it looked like in the snow before it all melted away on Wednesday.

Jane is always super happy when we head down to CW because there are no cars there so she can walk. She doesn't always get to walk in our neighborhood because there are no sidewalks and lots of cars come around corners rather quickly so when we head down to a strictly pedestrian zone she is in heaven.

Hopefully we'll see more snow this winter, but if we don't, at least we got a really good one and two days with Chris home from work because of it! Imagine if it had snowed on Sunday night instead of Friday...
