Artwork, Fall 2018 edition

The girls doors are getting full, so here is another edition of their artwork.

Eleanor: Most of this artwork is from school. Some of my favorites - she drew Apollo's Chariot (the roller coaster at Busch Gardens) in the top left. She drew a pigeon picture on the top right. The first piece of artwork she ever brought home from art class is the bear (school's mascot) in the middle left - it was definitely the most ornate drawing she had ever done and now her art has completely exploded and taken form since being at school! She also did an American flag (bottom left) and a fairy with rainbow hair (bottom right). She has also started labeling things - the space ship in the middle right says "Agis" (or August) next to it. She also drew a mermaid underneath her roller coaster around Halloween (she and Jane were mermaids for Halloween).

Jane: Jane's art has also really changed from the scribbles in the top right and left at the beginning of preschool this year to her "family portrait" in the bottom left, more recently. If you look closely, she drew me, Chris, herself, and Eleanor, and then the two babies laying sideways (we are holding them, she says). If you look closely you can also see how she tried to write her name. I also love her "ten apples up on top" picture that she did at school, though somehow she only came home with 9. Some of my other favorites are her self portrait in the middle where she says, "I am unique because my sister lets me wear her clothes" and her Thanksgiving place mat where she says, "I am thankful for my sister, Eleanor!"
