The other day we went down to the river with the kids. I didn't think the babies would do very well, but while they did eat a ton of sand, they really enjoyed it! Ben mostly sat on the edge of the river splashing, but Rosie (continually) dived right in. We had to watch her like a hawk. She had so much fun splashing in the river.

We will definitely head back this summer, though it is a ton of work and not relaxing in this season. Once Ben starts walking I'm not sure we'll have enough hands to keep everyone safe. This summer will have its own set of challenges, but we will enjoy it, I'm sure!!
