Uncle Eric visits!

Last time Eric was here, we talked about how he hadn't done amusement parks in awhile so we came up with a date to do a Busch Gardens day. It was so fun! The Canada wildfires kept most people away and we almost cancelled, but the air quality was actually decent so decided to still move forward and I'm so glad we did! It wasn't too hot, there were almost no lines, and we had a great time.

First coaster...Grover's Alpine Express!

Then onto Elmo's Spire.

Jane decided to try Apollo's Chariot for the first time. I was so nervous she wouldn't like it but she came off with a huge thumbs up!

Meanwhile I took the kids to the teacups and bumper cars.

We headed to Dragon Land for a little break after Tempesto and Pantheon.

Then it was off to Invadr - Rosie decided to ride this one for the first time, too! I'll let you be the judge of how she enjoyed it...

Then we went on the Roman Rapids and Escape from Pompeii where we got wet!

Then Jane got brave and tried her first upside down coaster...Loch Ness Monster!

She also went on Finnegan's Flyer for the first time - it was definitely her bravery kicking in today!

We had such a great time and a great day!

Thank you for visiting, Eric!! That night we stayed home and played Wingspan instead of heading back into the park for more coasters!
