Visitors for game day

The last day before I started back at work we had a home football game. Chris' family and some family friends came down to visit - one of the family friends' son plays for UNH, the team W&M was playing that weekend. We tailgated, made breakfast burritos, watched W&M beat UNH, and were able to catch up with a few friends we hadn't seen in awhile. Eleanor wore her game day socks and W&M onesie and she even met the Griffin for the first time!

Afterward we headed back to our house to eat chili and brats. The guys grilled outside and Eleanor got to spend some time with her grandparents and great aunt. Her aunt Paula even knit her a couple hats that are super adorable :) I tried out a new experiment making mini apple pies in a muffin tin and they actually came out really well! It was a very busy but fun Saturday with great company!

It was also a fun farewell to my maternity leave :)
